Cancellation & Return Policy

At Special Supplies, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Please read our cancellation and return policy carefully:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
  • To cancel, please contact our customer support via email or WhatsApp with your order ID.
  • 2.5% payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refunded amount for all cancellations.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for processing cancellations or returns.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can initiate a return/exchange once it is delivered.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns and exchanges for products that are:
  • Defective or damaged on delivery
  • Incorrectly shipped items

Important:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
  • Unboxing video is required to process any return or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product.
  • 2.5% payment gateway charges will be deducted for cancellations.
