Cancellation & Return Policy
At Special Supplies, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Please read our cancellation and return policy carefully:
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
- To cancel, please contact our customer support via email or WhatsApp with your order ID.
- 2.5% payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refunded amount for all cancellations.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for processing cancellations or returns.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can initiate a return/exchange once it is delivered.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
- We accept returns and exchanges for products that are:
- Defective or damaged on delivery
- Incorrectly shipped items
Important:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
- Unboxing video is required to process any return or exchange.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product.
